Refund Policy

Three-day refund, return, and exchange policy

We perfectly handle most of the orders with ease of mind. But still, in the event of any major problem, you can contact us and check if a refund, return, or exchange of the product is possible within the first three days of placing an order. You can contact our customer service team at samar.b@lagazelleminerals.com with all the important details and share your concern. After receiving the product and its proper inspection, our representative will be able to let you know whether your refund request is accepted or not by email. Until you hear back from us you have to keep in mind the following instructions:

  • Keep intact the original packing of the product
  • Don’t use the product if you have unpacked it
  • Take care of the original bill for further process

If your refund request is accepted then the refund of the product only (excluding the shipment cost) will be processed to the same original source of payment such as credit card or bank account that was used for the purchase within 20 days. Your bank might take a longer time to make visible the refund on the account. In case of delay either wait for some more days or contact your bank.

Note: Cost of shipment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

No refund and exchange

It takes a lot of time and effort to create the accessories and most of our products are custom-made. Be informed that products purchased on sale (with heavy discount) are not subject to return or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are also not possible under these circumstances:

  • If a product is damaged or broken
  • If the product bill and order copy is not available
  • If you have changed your mind after placing an order
  • If you don’t return the product you received
  • If you contact us after three days from the date of purchase
  • If you violate our terms of service and agreement.
  • If the courier company loses the product and in transportation, it gets damaged.
  • If your original mode of payment has expired/suspended/not working due to technical reasons.

Note: The shipping cost for return and exchange must be borne by the buyer.
